Handling Out-of-Stock and Backorder Items During the HolidaysUpdated 5 months ago

Due to the high demand during the holiday season, some items may go out of stock or be placed on backorder. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Out-of-Stock Items: We’ll notify you immediately if an item is out of stock. Your item will be refunded, so the rest of your order will ship without delay. 

  • Backordered Items: If you’ve ordered a backordered item, we’ll ship it as soon as it becomes available. Please note that your entire order will ship once all items are ready.
